OUR HISTORY and STORY

Zibo New Trading Co., Ltd. is a professional trading company founded in 1998. Our main products are daily-use ceramics. Over the past two decades, our goal has been to provide the best quality, the best service, competitive prices, reliable shipment dates, and the most popular new samples. We cooperate with more than 40 ceramic manufacturers. Our product range includes porcelain, new bone china, solid-color stoneware dinnerware, coated mugs, embossed dinnerware, and more. We offer a wide variety of items to suit different markets.

Our products are exported mainly to European and Middle Eastern countries, such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Norway, the Netherlands, Romania, Poland, and Russia, as well as to Dubai, Bahrain, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, and India. Some products are also exported to the Philippines, Thailand, and other countries.

We have ten office staff who follow up on customers’ orders, including processing order instructions, preparing shipping documents, and arranging bookings. More importantly, we have another ten staff members dedicated to inspecting goods. Whether a small order of USD 5,000 or a large order of 10 × 40' FCL, we inspect every order from the start of production through final packing.

We also serve as the China agent for some clients, responsible for product inspection and new product development. We remain true to our original aspiration: to do our utmost to help customers expand their markets and to build long-term, win-win business relationships.
